At SimpliFire Electric Fireplace Parts, we want to ensure your heating equipment is back in working order quickly; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible parts within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the specific part name to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused component in its original packaging, ensuring all electrical connectors and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our distribution center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the part for integrity, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
